E-Mail Delivery

We deliver three different versions of each letter: plain text, HTML and AOL. Through our multi-part MIME compliant broadcast technology, addresses in the AOL domain are assigned the AOL version, and all other addresses are sent both plain text and HTML versions. The e-mail client reader or browser will then support the appropriate version for viewing, independent of personal settings. Through this process, we can determine which of your members is HTML capable; as well as any other valuable data you want regarding the recipient. Our technologies allow you the ability to look at them in real-time actions.

L@KE interactive Actions

Once you have submitted the requested materials for your e-mail campaign, the production team sets up the list(s) in the database. L@KE interactive then performs cleansing, segmentation and merge/purge of your list(s). The production specialist will then format the message in plain text, HTML and AOL. If L@KE interactive is tracking, the production specialist will insert our encrypted links into your message, which will enable us to track. Subsequently, the production team will again review your message and deliver it to the seed list within your company for external review. Upon your review and approval, L@KE interactive will then deliver your message within your specified deadline. The production specialist can then submit a link, username and password so you can review the results of your campaign on a web page in real-time. If you request e-mail addresses of unsubscribes and bouncebacks or simply their counts, the production specialist will supply the addresses typically in a text or Excel file after the e-mail delivery.

Timelines

L@KE interactive is very flexible in the scheduling of your broadcasts. Typically, we ask for 48 hours notification of an impending broadcast, however, we understand the urgency of our clients regarding time-to-market issues and will always meet your delivery deadline.
